HELP!Dont understand my TDEE,BMR,MFP calories.which one?

Ok so MFP says i should eat 1200 calories a day.I switched it up to 1500 because i hit a plateau...thinking that might help...no such luck lol...So anyways i calculated my TDEE and its says i should eat 2543 calories a day..and my BMR says i should eat 1646...What the heck should i do?!?lol....Help me peeps:flowerforyou:

Your TDEE is how much you would eat to maintain your weight, not to lose weight. Eat less than that.0

The general consensus on TDEE is that is what you would eat to maintain your weight. To lose weight, you should cut 15-20% off of that number.0
