Hey
I just found this site today - and am looking forward to using it to stay focused.
I am hoping to lose 30-40 lbs by Jan or sooner and 75 lbs overall. I figure with exercising (which I've never really done) and eating more healthy - I could lose between 1.5 - 2 lbs per week.
