Hi people. I'm new to this site so feel free to add me, since I don't have any friends yet 
I'm a 30 year old high school teacher. Since I have all summer off from work, I decided to dedicate my time to getting fit. I am 5'4 and currently 153.5 lbs. My goal is 125-130 lbs. I have lost 6 pounds so far with a combination of exercise (1000 cals a day on the treadmill), calorie counting (1200 cals a day) and drinking body by vi shakes. I only started the shakes on Monday, but I really like the taste. I find this website very helpful!

Welcome and congrats on the 6lbs. If you start to plateau, you might consider bumping your intake to at least 1400 cal/day (net) as that's your BMR.
