salsa chicken recipe

2 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 oz. each)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Salsa, for serving (see recipe)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

so i found this recipe online and thought it'd be great to try it out at home for dinner. I'm just not sure how to work the calories with a marinade (its not like my two chicken breast halves will soak up all of the olive oil and lemon juice). If i add the whole value of the marinade i figure this recipe will cost me 750calories which is just WWAAAAYYYYYY to much for one meal. (even if i only eat half of what this makes) What do you suggest?
