Has anyone tried this? Do you really think there is 1 full serving of vegetables in 2 servings of pasta?

I mean, I always have veggies in my pasta (mostly bell peppers, broccoli, and spinach leaves) but I don't understand...and I haven't found anything online about a review of the product's authenticity.

I feel like Jessica Simpson circa early 2000s..."I know it's pasta, but is it a vegetable?"

I haven't tried it yet, but your post made me curious about it. I love pasta and am always looking to try "healthier" options. According to their website, which lists all the nutritional information including ingredients, it contains dried sweet corn, dried carrots, and dried squash. The standard definition for a "serving" of vegetables seems to be 1/2 cup. So, sure, I think there could be about 1/4 cup of vegetables in each serving. I don't think that necessarily makes it any better for you than regular pasta, especially since the first vegetable listed is corn. The nutrition profile looks pretty similar to regular pasta. I think it's more of a marketing thing to make people feel good about eating pasta than anything else.
