I WORK OVERNIGHT...

HI IM NEW MFP AND IM EXCITED AND OVERWHELEMED AT THE SAME TIME....SO MY PROBLEM IS I WORK OVERNIGHT....IM REAL CONFUSED ON HOW TO EAT HEALTHY WHEN I MOSTLY SLEEP DURING THE DAY(EXCEPT DAYS IM OFF) AND WORK OERNIGHT WHAT SHOULD MY EATIN SCHEDULE BE? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.... IM WONDERING SHOULD I EAT DURING THE DAY AND NOT EAT AT NIGHT OR THE OPPOSITE....I FIGURED THIS FROM WHAT PEOPLE TOLD ME AT WORK IS THA I SHOULD EAT MY NORMAL MEALS AND SNACKS DURING THE DAY AND NOT EAT AT NIGHT EXCEPT LIKE FRUITS FOR BREAKS AND NUTS OR A GRANOLA BAR AT NIGHT WITH PLENTY WATER....SOMEONE PLEASE HELP....THIS IS THE SCHEDULE I FIGURED I WOULD TRY AND STICK TO

NOW TYPICALLY AT WORK MY SCHEDULE IS 10PM-7AM 1ST BREAK IS 12:15-12:30AM LUNCH 1:30-3AM 2ND BREAK 5:15-5:45 I
