Is it normal?

I've bumped up my protein and lowered my carbs. This was 11 months ago.
I try to keep my calories between 12 and 1500 - depending on my exercise output.
And Hurray! I was able to finally start losing weight with the calories I was taking in.
Problem now - my body is starting to rebel on me by wanting more calories!
I feel like I am constantly hungry. I'll eat my mid morning snack, (low fat cheese stick) then lunch, (veggies with low fat cottage cheese) then my afternoon snack (greek style low fat yogurt) and fruit. By the time I get off work, I can hardly wait to get home and raid the fridge!
Is this normal?????

Open your food diary for public view and you'll get more feedback.
Are you adding more activity? Did you build some muscle mass? Are you eating clean whole filling foods? Think protein and produce with every meal. Add a fiber filled apple with that cheese stick for example. Maybe add 100 calories extra a day for a week and see how the scale treats ya?0
