    It is an overpriced frozen protein shake. But I do like the pumpkin kind. I haven't been able to find it at Whole Foods lately, it might just be a fall flavor.

    I want to make and freeze a regular protein shake and see how that turns out. That is now on my to-do list for this weekend.

    This actually works quite well. I always make to large of a protein shake and so I put a large cup of it in the freezer and when I get done with work, I set it out for a little while, give it a good stir and top with some whip cream.

    My favorite is ON strawberry protein powder, unsweetened almond/coconut milk, frozen strawberries and a little vaniilla or low fat cream cheese.
