Am I the only one that gets frustrated and confused about what to eat vs. what not to eat?

Don't eat dairy.
Eat dairy.
Eat organic.
Eat clean.
Body type.
Blood type.

I understand the idea that all calories are not created equally. Processed foods; avoid like the plague. I get it! It's tattooed and branded in my brain.

Locked and loaded!

But what happened to simply calories in-calories out; portion control and kicking my own "culito" lifting weights, cardio and HIIT training?
