Logging Crossfit

Anyone out there doing cross fit? How do you log it?
Entering each exercise seems to
a) take forever :ohwell:
b) not account for the intensity level.:frown:

I am thinking of just coming up with an average to use on days I go to class.
Seems like 600 cal for an hour class plus my bike ride to the gym (2 mi round trip). Seems right?

Any suggestions or thoughts on this? I tried searching didn't find any other topics on this

    Absolutely love it. Love the intense work out and love the community aspect of it too.

    I figured i was doing some intense training when I was at my best weight and the only way i will ever get back there is to get back to some serious fitness goals.
