Need to review and change my work out....

My schedule is 3 days a week. Mon. Thur. Sat. I walk for an hour, cool down for about 30 min. then do circuit training for about an hour and half and it seems like I'm spending ALL morning long working out!
Would it hurt to break up my circuit training and exercise 5 days a week? I could do arms and abs one morning and legs and back another..... Walking could be done all 5 days.
Guess I'm just thinking out loud here.
What does your workout routine look like?

Weight train one day, cardio the next would be my reccommendation.
If you're walking, you shouldn't need to have a 30 minute cool down session. walking would typically be the cool down.
I'd ether try alternating between cardio and weights every other day. Or try doing a 30 minute weight circuit, followed by 30 minutes of cardio. then call it a day.0
