I love my chicken, and like to add seasonings to plain fillets, but ive realised there is so much salt water added to chicken

I even went to my local butchers and he said that even his fresh chicken has added salt water :o(

So I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if they have found any good frozen chicken breast fillets?

I know chicken fillets is chicken fillet, at approx 100-125cals per 100g but anyone found a decent low salt/sodium pack?
