That since May I have been working my bum off and yes I have lost 30 lbs and only have 14 to go until my first goal at 160, then from there I want to get down to 140. Anyways, though I've lost weight, my stomach is still just flabby. I hate these love handles that stop me from wearing cute shirts. I thought that If I lost weight and worked out theyd be going away.
Anyone have any tips on exercises I can do to turn this flab into FAB. I'm not saying I expect abs, just a little less jiggle :noway:

    None of us controls where the body decides to burn the fat it uses.

    Just keep doing what you're doing and eventually it should go away.

    I've heard belly fat is the last to go away. I've lost 45 so fat and while my tummy has flattened some, it's still much jigglier than I wish. Just be patient and stick with it. You can do crunches and stuff to strengthen the muscles under the fat, but cardio is about all that will melt it away. Good luck!

    Well, 1st off you've got good results, so don't feel sad :). As for the love handles, try doing twisting exercises as in hold your legs in one place, and try twisting your body left & right... doing crunches in different positions and sideways. Once again, be happy with your results :)
