    I find the fact it has rained almost the entire summer this year more unusual than a few days of sunshine. It has been a dreadful summer, I cannot recall such a wet one, and not much fun if your main form of exercise is cycling.

    Agreed, we haven't even had a summer this year & your complaining about hot weather, madness!

    No water retention here but then I live way up north so no sunshine or heat either!!

    No but the heat absolutely kills my appetite, struggle to get the calories in on really hot days sometimes.
