Reached My First 10 Pound Milestone!

I started this journey in the last week of May. Today I did my weekly weigh in and am officially 10 pounds down! I'm so excited and feeling so inspired to keep going.
My first month I started going on a 15 minute run every day and doing ab exercises. I quickly lost five pounds. Now I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, as well as 30 minutes on the eliptical with some weight training, all on top of a healthy diet. I feel stronger and healthier than ever before.
My next milestone is 15 pounds! Wish me luck:happy:

    I try to average 1,500. Yesterday I was 200 under today I'm 200 over. But in general 1,500 is my goal.
