NEWBIE - 7 day challenge

I am 30 years old and have been overweight for 6years!!

I excercise alot but eat way to much.

I am giving myself a 7 day challenge to count calories, stick withing my allowed amounts and to learn how many calories are actually in the foods i am eating, I figure if I can get into the habit it will be easy...

Day two and going well so far.... exercising twice a day to allow for the one glass a wine with dinner I must have!

    Yes Its soo hard isnt it? The counting calories is actually something thats really worked for me but its the keeping it up thats the hard part! I wish you the best of luck!!
