Hi Guys
I seem to have reached a plateau and have stuck at the same weight for a bit.
I am sticking to my calorie intake everyday.
Any ideas to kick start things again ?

I hate it when I plateau! For me I usually change up what I am eating for a few weeks. I would get stuck on eating the same thing almost everyday and I think my body got tired of it! That's just my opinion. I also changed up my workouts and then gave myself a little more down time...but the main thing is to not quit! Just keep on going...you may not see much of a change for a week or two but I bet your body is actually changing and you don't even see it! Good luck!!0

Its been a couple of weeks now. Its frustrating because I got to this point before and everything came to a halt and then the wheels fell off ! Not this time though. I'm going to push through as I'm almost halfway.0 -
I've been on a plateau for about a week now even though I've been sticking to or JUST above my calorie count (I have it set to 2 lbs/week so a little overage is allowed). Just push through!
