I need so healthy cheap filling lunch ideas for a very fussy eater xx

No sea food fish
mushrooms
cheese
white bread or pasta

    Today I was hungry and tired so I made the following:

    - 2 corn torillas, sprayed lightly and toasted in the toaster oven
    - Added a spread of light mayo and 2 ounces of ham (could use any deli meat like spicy chicken, roast beef or salami)
    - Rolled them and toasted them a bit more
    - Made a salad with grape tomatoes, sweet red peppers and light dressing
    - Dipped the tortilla rolls in 2 Tablespoons of Pace picante

    Approx. 350 calories - more or less depending on the deli meat

    Was very yummy and filling

    Soup and salad is a classic combo for a reason! I find that fills me up and leaves me with plenty of calories to spare.
