All of them.
Well, all the ones I can eat, anyway... raised veg, so I've never eaten lamb, perse. I'm a huge fan of dolmades, falafel with tahini or yogurt sauce, spanakopita, anything with feta cheese and olive oil... umm... hummus, baba ghanouj, Greek salad with pepperoncini, kalamata (sometimes garlic-stuffed) olives, and of course a good honey-soaked baklava.
Mmmmm... baklava.
Anyway, hit me up for suggestions. My mom makes a mean spinach pie.0 -
I make a lot of hummus. It with pita bread is a major staple in my diet. I also get grape leaves and falafel whenever I can.
Koftas and shawarma are among my favorite things. I also love Italian food, but don't eat much of it recently!0 -
Quinoa tabouleh! I made it once, it was yummy!
My boyfriend's dad is Syrian so he makes a lot of amazing Mediterranean dishes, but I don't have recipes for them. Lots of olive oil, greek yogurt, and lemon juice!!!0 -
baba baba baba baba! (baba ganoush)... it's SO FUN TO SAY
Love chicken shish kebabs. I don't know what our local restaurant marinates the meat in, but they are SO tender and juicy.
Great. Now I'm hungry again!
