New Rules of Lifting for Women

I just finished reading New Rules of Lifting for Women and WOW - so informational!
I'm a runner who averages about 20 miles a week and aside from a few Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workouts, I do zero strength training. This has left with me scrawny arms and legs, and people constantly telling me how skinny I am - which is definitely not the look I want. I want MUSCLES! Needless to say, I'm excited to start lifting.
Has anyone completed the program? Thoughts? Advice? Before and after photos? Feel free to share!

I started it last year but didn't follow through.
I thought it was a great program and definitely would try it again in the future. I loved seeing the results of the weights getting higher, as well as my butt!!)
There is a group on here for NROL although I haven't checked out the posts yet.0
