    Short Term- Completing P90x and losing another 25-30lbs before my 10 year wedding anniversary this Fall.

    Long Term- Getting to 23- 28% Body Fat, 146 lbs (the weight goal may change as I get closer to it).

    Mine is 125 lbs, but im only 5'1! Im Training for the military and being 140 or close to it is pushing the weight requirement for my height and gender.

    My goal is to go frm 5ft 1 to 5ft 8 .lol jk. If i did i still would be over weight. Anyways jokes aside im 5ft 1 im 195. I would like to reach 170 then at that point id lower my goal weight by 10 lb s ., my lifetime goal is,to live a long healthy life and watch my children all 5 grow old as well

    lose all my insecure jiggle spots

    Slim my thighs so i can fit in a size 4

    Learn how to cook

    Learn proper portion and serving sizes

    stop emotional eating

    Eat healthy 95% of the time for the rest of my life!

    Recently realised that even though my calories and weight is now fine, other things like sodium aren't, so to understand food and health more
