Does losing weight really make you happy?

I am curious.... a 50-60lbs loss is what I am aiming for. Currently weighing in at 193lbs having already lost 18lbs....

I can't begin to imagie how different I would feel.

Can anyone relate?

I can completely relate. I have A LOT to lose and I can't wait until I do it. Right now, I'm very insecure in my body and I try to avoid cameras, and I know losing weight doesn't always change your vision of yourself, but I am just so motivated that I can do it. I actually am starting to feel more confident because I have this new belief in myself I've never had before. I think I'll become more happy and confident, but most importantly healthy! So, good luck to you!

I can imagine you will feel so much more energetic! I have reached the 60+ pounds lost and a little under your current weight and the difference is AMAZING! I have so much more energy now and I exercise almost every day. I am still looking to lose another 30 pounds or so. Good luck on your journey. you can add me as a friend for support if you would like :-)
  • You will feel so empowered ... like you can achieve ANYTHING at all... You will feel proud and feel like patting yourself on the back. You will feel like a different person, need less sleep, have MORE energy . I've been where you are. I was 190something when I first started and I'm now 145. I feel GREAT!!!!!!!

You are a beautiful girl already....
