It seems every time I try to make a diet dish it tastes so boring. Last night I made something I actually enjoyed.
I am a huge pasta fan so this was awesome for me.
I cooked a chicken breast and chopped it up. The then cooked about 3/4 of a cup of Prego meat flavored sauce with red and green bell peppers and lots of garlic and pepper and added the chicken.
I used one bag of tofu shirataki spaghetti noodles in place of the real thing. I added the sauce and sprinkled 1/4 cup of low fat mexican cheese blend and threw in the microwave for about a minute to melt the cheese.
It was yummy and very filling and only about 400 calories.
