Hello Everyone I am back AGAIN!

Grr this is SOO frusterating!! I was doing so great with weighing and measuring all my foods, eating healthy, drinking my water and exercising and ever since I started school in May and summer came I have gained 15lbs!:explode:

I told myself once I had gotten down to 185 that I will NEVER let myself get back up to 200 and guess what this morning was 200.6:sad:

I need some help and motivation to keep my butt on track and get to my goal weight once and for all!!

Jenn

  • I totally understand. Today is a new day, just try again. It gets hard for everyone at some point. This is what I have to tell my self when I get down in the dumps as well.

Don't worry Jenn, together we can do this!! We need to be accountable for our actions. I know you can be a workoutaholic and I know you can do this! Just get back to your water and excersice whenever you can. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I have gained a bunch of my weight back too.   My computer was down for a while and it took some time before I could get it repaired. So during that time I just went to a long Binge. Ooops!!! So now I have to start back with 5 lbs gained. But its the price I have to pay. I do know that with MFP I will stay on board with no problem. Today is my frist day back.

Welcome back! I know how it feels too to regain weight you worked so hard to lose. But the important thing is that you are here now and remember, if you did it once you can do it again! You'll be to your goal before you know it. Good luck!
  • I just started fresh today and I really feel like I need to have a lot of support to do this....I have a wedding date set for June 19th 2010 and do not want to be a size 14 in my dress....I weigh 185 and my goal is for 145....There for ya all the way! We can do this!

I'm right there with you! I had to take about 3 months off for a knee injury and my program went down the tubes. I gained back more than I had originally lost.

I started back yesterday with P90X with a friend at work who was in the same boat and together, we are trying to get back in line with daily exercise and eating clean.

Together, we can tackle this. Don't give up hope.
