I already had dinner and now just sitting here watching wipeout (great show btw) and started craving snacks. But don't feel like fruit or nuts or any of that sorta too healthy stuff, but don't want it to be too unhealthy either.. Any ideas for me plssss! I am running out of snack ideas!

popcorn......you can eat it very slowly so it feels like you are eating a ton of food....and it fills you up fast.0

I understand your frustration, I have difficult evenings wanting something. realize you are not probably really hungry, stay in control. This may sound crazy but when I drink tons of water throughout the day about 80 ounces I crave less in the evenings. Most evenings when I have eaten good whole clean foods during the day, I can have a protein smoothie for dinner and that's it til bedtime. When I am just craving crazy I have Kashi bars or Kind bars I keep in the frig. I pray this is helpful. You can do this you will love the results.0

Well, sometimes if I am hungry and wanted something sweet too I will take 2 tsp of those mini chocolate chips and drizzle those over one of thoe 100 cal bags of popcorn......fills me up and gives me sweet and salty at the same time....0

You can get bags of popcorn kernels and make popcorn yourself, there's under 40 calories in a cup of air popped popcorn (then you can add your own toppings).
Cut up some veggies (cucumber, carrot, peppers)? My daily snack is usually some cucumber slices.0 -
oh yea that sounds good too0
