This is silly but...
The back of the packet says 2 pieces is 15 calories, now since this is a "candy" that turns into gum, is that including if you swallow it? I don't swallow gum, so I was wondering if there could really be 7 calories in sugar by just chewing it for a minute (since they lose flavor quickly!)
