Jogging/Walking a Mile

How long does it normally take you to walk a mile? What about jogging a mile?

    I have a 15 minute break at work and a girlfriend and I go out and walk between 1.1 and 1.2 miles during our 15 minutes (I drove it to check distance). Running varies. I used to run a 7-8 minute mile in high school but I'd be lucky if I ran a 10 minute mile now days.

    Walking maybe 16 minutes or so. Running, now down to 12 minutes. I improve a little every week.
