Find myself not wanting to eat

Ok, I know I am going to get a lecture and I know I really shouldn't be, but I am finding it hard to make myself eat. And let me tell you why and my thinking (however warped it might be)...
OK, so I am counting calories and working out reasonably. I burn 1600 calories a day, just being alive (according to this sites BMR) The more calories I can burn vs what I consume, the more weight I will lose. So, lets say for sake of argument, I consume 500 calories and I burn 700 calories. If I hadn't eaten those 500 calories, its that much more I would have lost.
I spoke to my Dr yesterday and asked what I could take (pill wise) that might assist in me losing weight. She would not give me any advice. Not even something like what I should be eating. It was almost like she didnt want me to lose weight. (198 5'8') All she would tell me is to eat 5-6 times a day. Not 5-6 meals, but every 2 hours or so, eat something, like carrots or celery. An Apple or banana...crackers. And to eat protein.
I started out at 221 on May 27th. So that's 2 months ago and I am down to 198. I know that's good and I shouldnt complain, but I want this weight gone yesterday! I also know that I didnt gain it all yesterday.
I have been taking Green Coffee Bean Extract and Raspberry Ketones. I am looking to try some Alli and some Green Tea Extract. I need something to burn the fat around my waist and give me some energy. When I work out, every time, I find myself yawning in the middle of the workout because it makes me tired. I dont understand that at all. I still, after 2 months, have to make myself get up to work out.
I am in this for the long haul, I just dont want to haul it around forever! I will do whatever I need to do to get where I want to be. I used to be a trophy wife (to my ex husband...part of the reason he is my ex). I dont necessarily want to be like that again, but would love to be 150 again...and in better health. I know I can do it. I've done it before and I quit smoking a year ago.

if what you have been doing works, why mess with it?
don't waste your money on crap like ketones or pills (you're not a rodent, they don't work!)0 -
Good for your doctor for not giving you advice in an area that is not her expertise. That is what a nutritionist would be for.
Might sound harsh, but it just sounds like you don't want to work for it. Forget the ketones and pills. Just eat right and exercise. A lot less money and it works.0 -
Have to agree with the above posters, sounds like you're doing great with what you've been doing.
I'm not an exercise person either, I still have to force myself after months and months, but I just try to look forward to the great way I feel from the workout rather than the annoyance of the workout itself.
Do not try Alli. Such a huge huge waste of your money. After reading reviews and analysis you only block a few hundred calories with it and you end up losing nutrients and good fats your body actually needs and that can help you lose weight. Do some research on the product (not the manufacturer's website) before you try it. Even just the Amazon review of the product should be enough to warn you off of it.
There's no way around the time and effort it takes to lose weight, but from everything you've said you are already on the right path!0
