former undiagnosed EDNOS could use a lil support

Hi there. Just started using mfp and fitbit about 2 weeks ago. I've already lost five pounds and can feel a difference in my clothes. which is super encouraging. I've started walking and running almost daily for the first time in years and it feels great.
But unfortunately I can't help but be a little apprehensive that I might get carried away, since I once lost quite a bit of weight due to an undiagnosed form of EDNOS (almost 10 years ago now) of the binge/purge type. it also included aerobic-anorexia type behaviours and was, unfortunately quite successful! I realize it was unhealthy, I quit and have been good for nearly a decade, as aforementioned.
But just in the last week or two, as some major changes in my family life have upset my routine and sense of control I have noticed some urges that I thought long gone starting to creep back in. I'm afraid of going back to an unhealthy lifestyle and was wondering if anyone here has ever experienced anything like this that might have some de-stressing tips or tricks for someone in a house with very little quiet or privacy.
Any advice, encouragement, and/or prayers would be greatly appreciated.

I had EDNOS a little less than 10 years ago. Starved myself down to 88 lbs, yikes! I recovered and was stable for years until I gained some weight during college. Now I'm working on losing in a healthy way. Yes, some unhealthy urges come up, but being on this site is tremendously helpful. Time and time again it warns against starving yourself which is never healthy in the long run and is gonna make you gain if you ever try to fix it due to an f'ed up metabolism. And of course, if anyone proana adds you, DELETE!0

Thanks for the advice. Sorry It's taken so long to reply, computer issues will hopefully be resolved within the week.
I never got down past a healthy weight. But I have since gained it all back and more. I plan to lose it all the healthy way this time - and for good! To be a better example to my younger sibs (of which there are 5, phew) of taking care of myself and developing good eating and exercising habits - so maybe they won't have to do this when they grow up...0 -
