    This site is a wonderful tool. I actually am addicted to entering my food into the diary. It's also educational because you see with your own eyes just how much certain foods cost in calories. I can't believe how comprehensive this site is. I didn't know it existed until about 6 weeks ago, and it has helped me tremendously in sticking with my calorie plan.
