Pre and post workout supplements

Hey! Curious to c what everyone uses and what's good....SOOO

What do u use for pre workout?
What do u guys use for post?

    Pre-workout - a meal an hour or so beforehand. I'm not particularly anal about the macros of it, just something to sustain me.

    Post-workout - Whey protein shake right after the workout, then a meal with some significant protein an hour or so later.
