Eggs, nuts, cheese, milk, yoghurt etc.

You could also try protein powder. Even if you don't like drinking it as a shake, you can bake it into stuff or add it to porridge etc to get an easy protein boost.

I use Bio-Synergy skinny protein powder, it has 31g of protein per scoop and the vanilla flavour is delicious!!! I mix mine with skimmed milk and ice and blend it and it tastes just like a creamy vanilla milkshake!

Many beans have lots of protein
Greek yogurt (love). I usually get plain and flavor it myself.
    Most dairy
    Nuts
Various veg have higher protein then others.

I tey to get all my protein in at every meal...not a big fan of acarfing back several chicken breasts.

Meat and fish are probably the biggest contributors so you may need to re-look at your intake of these. If you don't like "fishy" fish, perhaps tuna is OK for you.

I love fish but don't eat large amounts of food and if I have meat/fish they're never in large quantities.

Thanks for the other replies I'll work on trying to increase overall with less bulky foods, will look at shakes as well.

My tracker thing often says I go over on my protein allotment. I'm not sure if that's good or not. It's also odd because I don't eat much meat. I do eat oatmeal (specifically the quaker weight control variety--it has a lot of protein and I make it with milk), greek yogurt, salad with chicken in it, tofu, and eggs fairly frequently. As far as meat goes I pretty much stick with chicken or ground turkey.

What about protein bars? I use these to get my protein and my chocolate fix! :-)

I like these, too. My favorite are the Pure Protein. 20g of protein
