Stay away from the dessert and go with either the sea food one

Oh boy... that is a tough one. The Melting Pot is SO delicious.. but SO bad for you!! Honestly, I would say you should just go easy on yourself and enjoy the whole experience without worrying about calories!
However, I can also understand wanting to be healthy so I guess the best advice I have is to skip the cheese fondue, or at least just dip the veggies/apples and not the bread. Then for the meat portion just pick the chicken/shrimp and a healthy cooking oil (I'm not too sure anymore about what cooking oils they have and whether any of them are healthy... maybe look on the website?) For the salad go easy on the dressing. And as for dessert... if you can pass that up, kudos to you!!
But seriously, if you haven't been there before... I would just work out extra hard and enjoy the indulgence1 -
Someone posted a similar dilema recently, and here was how that turned out!

Best of luck to you!0 -
I just ate what I wanted, but I made sure to get in a good workout beforehand. You can say all you want that you will only have one bite of cheese and no chocolate, but it is VERY hard to not eat it. I am not easily tempted and can resist most things, but in the case of The Melting Pot, I cannot :blushing:0
