my son was born 3months ago and i have been exercising regularly since he was 2weeks old....no weight has shifted(or inches!)
i hadn't been eating any of my exercise calories back so decided to start eating at least half of them...but after over 3weeks still no loss
i stopped exercising for a week, and dropped 2lbs!!
i know it's because my net calories weren't high enough before...but i am a compulsive exerciser, i get antsy if i don't get in a good workout, but i physically can't eat all of the calories back
so i'm thinking...do i just force myself to eat ALOT(i hate eating calories for the sake of it) or give up exercise until the weight drops off?
what would you do?
