Hi Everyone
Did anyone ring a bell today at 0812? I went out to my front door and rang the door bell. A little bit of Olympic activity..........
Symbolically, by joining in, and not being an athlete or a taker of formal exercise activities, I hope my brief bell ringing will spur me on a bit.
I'm not one to follow mass organised movements but I'm a little taken with the Olympic spirit. The spirit of determination and dedication the athletes have used to be the most skilled in their fields fills me with admiration, especially those who have come from countries where there is no sporting infrastructure.
So by joining this site and participating in this forum I'm hoping to catch a similar spirit and at least make a start from being a not person to being a do person.
Any pushes or cheers along the way will be very welcome.

    Thank you for replying to my first post. & thank you the lovely welcome.

    I've looked through the posts and have seen that many folks are doing the Jillian Michael 30 day shed. So I've had a go exercising along with her level 1 on You Tube. Thirty minutes seems do-able and easy to fit into the day's activities. But I am typing this lying down!!

    Where are you in Canada? My brother lives in Thornton, Ontario.
