OK so the first picture was me around late january (i.e. post christmas).

The new pictures were taken today.


In Easter took on a pact not to eat chocolate, crisps, sweets cakes pizza ice cream and a few other things except for very special occasions, also been gyming it pretty heavy and tryna keep my calories for a net loss of 500 per day. - Ive actually stayed around the same weight (About 90kg) but been doing LOADS of heavy deadlift, squat, bench, etc.

I admit the pictures arnt really fair - the first one im not tensing and the new two pictures I am but still v happy with it.

Also ive definately still got a fair bit of chub round the edges in the new pictures but hopefully thatll go soon :D
