Here we go again, starting anew. Found a new personal trainer today. Saw a video which is good: Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, reading a book: The willpower instinct - both good resources and a way to get me back on track and motivated. Long history of yo yo. weights/dieting my goal is to get back to my marathon fitness a few yrs back. goal: lose 50 lbs

    I saw Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead just a couple of weeks ago and now I am wishing I didn't sell my juicer lol. I have an autoimmune disease as well and the documentary was very inspirational. Now I don't think I could do 60 days, but I think I may eventually try a week. You have a new personal trainer, so you are on the right track. Good luck.
