Hi everyone,
Wanted to introduce myself. Joined about a year ago - did really well and then got sidetracked. Back on it now but it's very slow progress...
Have 2 boys (almost 4 and not quite 2) and work part-time so mostly knackered and constantly surrounded by very yummy left-overs! I do plan to start running soon but right now my exercise is a walk/run to and from the station 3 times a week and picking up after and keeping up with the boys.
If this all sounds familiar then please add me! Or even if it doesn't. Seeing other peoples progress is very motivating.

Sending friend request! I'm new to MFP - joined about a month ago but have just been lurking on the boards. I'm a mom to three teenaged boys, 46 years old, trying to go from 203 to 175 pounds. (I'm tall and muscular, not one of those skinny chicks.) MFP has really helped me to get over my all or nothing mindset. I love seeing the data right in front of me.0
