411 Goals Completed & Addicted to Endorphins!

My last drink was June 13, 2011. I have always been a fitness freak, but for some reason never finished anything. Never finished a program, a training session, a regimen, followed up, post training, stretching, etc. I gave up basically. My drive started, then faded drastically.

It was not until I quit drinking that I seen now clear my future was when I finally finished a Goal I set. It was so simple. I set baby goals. I finished my first one. 24 Hours of sobriety. Then I set my second one. 24 hours of Sobriety. Then I set my third one. ANOTHER 24 hours of sobriety. I have successfully completed 411 Goals with BELLS ON, and during that time, Set MONGO GOALS for my future that are Family and Business related, and have gone beyond my expectations. I am shining! All I have to do is Exercise and I Glow!! Whooo! Does anyone know what i am talking about?? Endorphin Junkie?? Yep!! No longer Miller Lite in my Veins.. But Beachbody's Shakeology and some good exercise. God Is Good!!
