I got through day 1 of the 30 day shred!

I bought the 30 day shred dvd a few weeks ago. The first time i tried it out i couldn't manage to finish the first workout (level 1) Now seeing the great results that people on MFP had with the 30 day shred, i decided to give it another try. So today i managed to get through the entire workout!However, I need support and motivation to get me to day 30.
I just had a few questions for those who have done the 30 day shred. How to you log it in as excercise? Also do u do Level 1 for 10 day then level 2 for 10 days and then level 3 for 10 days? Any help would be appreciated.

  • I actually started 6 days ago. It got easier. I wasnt able to complete the first day either. But now i find myself taking fewer breaks, like just 5 secs like she says. I log it as circuit training.
