Gym or shred?

Hey, I need opinions.

I've been skipping out on the gym recently (sometimes out of choice sometimes out of laziness) but tonight I was determined to go after work.

I've just realised that I have left my headphones AND my HRM at home.

So, my question is do I go home and do 30DS and things on gym ball with my HRM and music.. Or do I go to the gym and just go without my music and HRM?

Well, I don't do the gym, but... I would be really bothered by not having my music & HRM, so I would either go home and GET them (going back to the gym) or go home and work out. lol One way or the other, I would need those things with me.

I just did the 30DS... so I vote for that!

I'd go for the 30DS. I HAVE to have my music to workout.
  • Well I cant workout ANYWHERE without my music... So I say in my opinion I would go home and do your shred with your music.

Music always motivates me to workout and workout hard!

This would be my ideal but as I don't drive it's not really an option to go home to come back to go home again.

I can't even do a run outside without music, so I would vote to head home and do a workout. If you are someone who can motivate without it though, that's cool too

I don't need distractions like music to work out, I like to focus on the task at hand.

go to the gym is the obvious answer. just remember them next time if it's that much of a biggy...
