Need workout ideas!

I'm restarting working out again (and hopefully restarting for the last time). What kinds of exercising do you do? I found that I tend to get bored and then stop working out, so I'm looking for ideas to keep switching it up. I'm going to be starting c25k on Monday, so I have that, I'm looking for other exercises and routines.

    You select a body part or area you want to work on and it gives you exercises that work that area. Hope that helps. :)

    I started with Netflix rental (by mail) .... they have hundreds of workout DVDs. I would order a new one each week. After "test driving" them, I could tell if it was something I wanted to own. Now I have dozens of DVDs and cycle thru them, getting new ones & trading old ones from time to time.

    Your local library will also have DVDs.

    Look at collagevideo.com for information & video clips .... this will tell you what equipment is needed, impact level, tons of information there.

    Yes, I think they work. You have to find something that you really like, and that changes over time too. The more you like what you do, the more consistant you will be. Kelly Coffey Meyer & Ellen Barrett are favorite instructors (right now) - they just "click" for me.
