I am so frustrated!

I am walking at a very brisk pace and have been for 5 weeks. Sometimes I jog in between there as much as I can. I am so frustrated! I have lost only 6 pounds (only 2 since I joined this site)!!! I didn't exersize before at all. I know muscle weighs more than fat but this seems so ridiculous to me. I rarely eat all of my calories. Not much enthusiasm being had and I don't want to give up. :grumble:

    Open up your food diary so that you can receive specific feedback on your diet.

    You will get way more responses and help from the wonderful people on MFP if you do this.
