Advice for calves

Can anyone help? I don't know much about fitness or training and I'm hoping someone will have an idea for me.
I've lost 30 pounds and am still losing weight but my calves are remaining big. I'm walking 4 miles (including a hill) a day, doing zumba and areobics/circuit training twice a week and have done 1 1/2 rounds of 30DS .The rest of my body is shrinking but my calves are still 17 ". Does anyone have any advice?
I can live with waiting until more weight comes off but I'm anxious that I don't do something wrong. I used to wear high heels all the time. Then my toes started hurting so much with the extra weight that I switched to flats and trainers . Could this be affecting my legs. I just hate how my legs bulge out just below the knee. Any help would be much appreciated x

Stop doing plyometrics (jumping around) and start weight lifting. Squats, Bench, Deadlift, Over head Press, pull ups, dips, push ups etc.0

Thank you Plates559. I can manage the press ups (well, girly ones) and the squats at least.0

Now learn how to do the rest of the lifts (:
Your body will respond best to all of your muscles being challenged... You don't just brush the front few teeth, but all of them.0
