There is really no way of telling...
you could have done one of your leg press set in 30 seconds and the second in 45, and the 3rd in 12 seconds. It is extremely hard even for MFP calculators to get a very accurate reading.0 -
I do see however that you are missing squats in your routine, get off those machines and start moving some weight.0
