There is always that point in time when you sit back and really think about your health and ask yourself where it went wrong. Mine was when I went thru a horrible 10 year marriage. Between the stress, anxiety, lack of support, no trust and just feeling like i wasn't worth the time anymore really brought my weight out of control. That is when i stepped up, took control and got my life back on track. I ended the marriage, moved on, met someone incredible whom i am married to, had baby number 2, graduated as a personal fitness trainer and am so amazingly lucky to have the life i live right now. I am also looking for fellow mfp's to meet to also be supportive with, if your out there it would be great to meet each and every one of you!!
