Anyone tried the plant based diet called Engine 2?

    Yep, well pretty close to it. I follow Dr. Barnard's diet for reversing diabetes which is the same as Engine 2 except it puts even more focus on low-glycemic foods. I think Engine 2 is a great diet, very healthy, and excellent for weight loss.

    I've got the Engine 2 book in hardback and ebook, and have read it 3 or 4 times.
