My 10 yr class reunion is in 10 weeks and I want to look amazing!!!!!! I have my fitness plan all mapped out. Doing P90X but my own schedule. Monday ~ Chest and back, Tuesday~ Legs (only) and Ab ripper, Wednesday ~ Shoulders and Arms, Thursday~ Cardio, Friday~ Core, Saturday~ Stretch. I also plan on walking in the evenings after dinner for an hour. My biggest struggle comes with eating. I generally eat healthy but it is still hard to eat the fresh fruits and veggies that I am supposed to because the prices are so unbelievably high. And then there is my motivation. I am good for two weeks and then after that i give up. It is almost as if once I start seeing the changes I stop. I want this time to be different. I have tried buying outfits to work towards my goal but that doesn't work, I end up wasting my money that way. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can stick with it? I really don't have an awful lot to lose, only about 10 lbs, its more toning that I am trying to do.

Is there a farmers market nearby? The food is local so you're supporting the environment, the farmers are local so you're supporting the local economy and the prices are lower because you aren't paying for shipping from Timbuktu.0

I got one of the "FitBit" monitors (if you look under the "tools" tab on my fitness pal they explain it) and it has helped keep me motivated. It logs how many steps you take a day, and how many flights of stairs, and how many calories... and there is a little flower that grows taller the more active you are. Good luck!0

Have you tried Pinterest? It's like an online vision board that may help with motivation. I have a board for working out and I found many quotes, photos, and ideas to keep me going :-) If you're not interested in that, try a regular vision board with photos that may keep you going. Good luck!!0

Post again in two weeks when you feel like slacking and ask us to tell you get your fanny back at it. I'm sure plenty of folks will comply.0
