sore tooth what to eat?

So I have a very sensitive and sore tooth from going to the dentist yesterday and i want to eat soft foods.

I went online and found things like Mac & Cheese, smashed potatoes, pudding, smoothies. Any one have any suggestions to keep this more healthy i guess soups but just that for lunch n dinner for days! i need more ideas
