Competing

Anyone here using this as a tool along with exercise to prepare for a competition. It is my goal to compete at least once in my life and it would be great to speak with others and get tips from people who have the same goal! I am 36 years old, mother of 3 and I am 126 lbs. I have a trainer once a week and workout daily on my own and I use Bodybuilding.com alot for exercise routines. I have just started hot yoga as well.

    I use it to track my foods and exercise, I compete in powerlifting, strongman, and i'm considering crossfit.
